Michael R. Lyons, CPA

As Accounting Control Officer:

• Administers the firm’s quality control program which has resulted in perfect ratings upon peer review.
• Provides tax compliance and planning services to clients helping them avoid “surprises” and utilize all available tax reduction techniques.
• Supports clients through issues of business growth, acquisitions, divestitures and financing.

Certified Public Accountant; Bachelor of Science, University of Florida; MBA University of Central Florida; joined the firm in 1989; became a shareholder in 1996.

Outside of the office, Mike enjoys bicycling, exercising and spending time with friends.
