As a Shareholder:

• Leads the business valuation segment of the firm.
• Works with veterinarians throughout the country providing accounting, tax, and consulting services.
• Assists business owners on a wide variety of issues including analysis of key performance indicators, improving profitability, human resources and inventory controls.
• Assists buyers/new owners with understanding valuations, feasibility studies, transition consulting, and securing financing.
