Carl J. Lacher, CPA

Founded the firm in 1976 and guided its growth to the present level of serving clients in 17 states.

As Managing Shareholder:

• Works with clients in various industries as a management consultant and as their interpretive accountant.
• Assists clients on issues of business growth, human resources, tax and financial planning, including acquisitions and divestitures and financing decisions.
• Develops management procedures for implementation by clients to maintain their businesses on a stable financial platform while growing their net worth.

Certified Public Accountant; Bachelor of Science, cum laude, University of Missouri St. Louis.

Outside of the office, Carl enjoys working in his extensive garden/yard, exercising and spending time with his daughter (an equine veterinarian), friends and his dog and cats.
